Finger Hole Lace Problem Solved
This lace is 3/16 wide by 72 inch long but is specially processed for us to be only about 1-2 mm thick. Great for re-lacing around those finger holes on a closed back style fielders glove or catchers mitt
We Now have it available in 1/8 wide by 72 inch long. Just in case the standard 3/16 is a bit too wide.
The thinner stature of this lace should work well there on most gloves. (more colors coming soon). We get calls all the time asking for lace to use in that location. We finally found some that works. Most new lace is not only too wide (3/16 inch) but it is also too thick and closes the hole if used to lace around it. This thin style lace is what you need. It is thinner and soft enough that it won't cause your finger to get sore from a lace that is too stiff. Give it a try on your next Vintage Baseball Glove Restoration.
