The customer is responsible for return shipping but there will be no other fees. No Restocking Fees! Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will be returned to the customer, no exceptions. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. There will be no credit given  for damaged returns. If you recieve a damaged product, you must contact BuyFastpitchGloves.com within 5 days of recieving your order. A replacement will be sent out for the damaged product. If we are not notified within this period we will not replace the item. These gloves are made from a natural product which will have variations in color and texture. We will credit your account within 48 hours after recieving your return.     Akadema Guarantee.  All unused products can be returned for 100% money back or a product of equal value. Just for fielding gloves: Gloves are warranted for 1 season against manufacturers defects. If something goes wrong with your glove send it back for a replacement glove of equal value of your choosing. We pay all return shipping costs for all returns. You can't lose!!!
