Returns Policy:
All Returns require an RMA #. Contact BuyFastpitchGloves.com sales department for your Returned Merchandise Authorization number. BuyFastpitchGloves.com sales department can be reached by email:

If we receive a return without a valid RMA #, we will not accept it.
When contacting BuyFastpitchGloves.com sales department regarding a return, please provide the following:
Customer name, date of purchase, item purchased, order number, and the nature of the problem.
Defective merchandise will be accepted for exchange at BuyFastpitchGloves.com if a RMA# request is received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
We will refund your credit card account the full sale price of the product being returned, less shipping and handling charges within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
Some products come with a warranty from the manufacturer and will be required to return directly to the manufacturer for refund. BuyFastpitchGloves.com sales department can assist you with finding addresses and contacts for this procedure.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on all merchandise.
The returned item must be in new condition. Please try to use the same shipping box with shipping materials.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order. If there is a problem shipping within this time period, you will be notified via email.
Our Flat Shipping is only available in the US states. Shipping to Canada and other countries is subject to UPS or USPS shipping terms. Costs will be calculated at checkout.
Most shipping will be via UPS or USPS so no PO box shipments.
