Return Policy:

We Accept Returns for 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Returns received without an RMA will be returned to the customer, no exceptions.
• Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. There will be no credit given for damaged returns.

Clearance items, Outlet page items, Sale items, Special Deals items, Closeout items are not eligible for refund.

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact BuyFastpitchGloves.com within 5 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent out for the damaged product. If we are not notified within this period we will not replace the item.

Our leather lace and gloves are made from a natural product which will have variations in color and texture, often within the same batch of leather. If you have questions please email us at support@buyfastpitchgloves.com.

To return a product within the initial 30 day period, contact us at support@buyfastpitchgloves.com.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.  Please provide the following information when contacting our returns department.

Reason for requesting a return

You must be issued an RMA before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours after receiving your return. Refunds can take several days to process through your bank, often up to 10 days or more.
