Return Policy:

We Accept Returns for 30 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns received without an RMA will be returned to the customer, no exceptions.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. There will be no credit given for damaged returns.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact BuyFastpitchGloves.com within 5 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent out for the damaged product. If we are not notified within this period we will not replace the item.

Our leather lace and gloves are made from a natural product which will have variations in color and texture. If you have questions please email us at support@buyfastpitchgloves.com.

To return a product within the initial 30 day period, contact us at support@buyfastpitchgloves.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Please provide the following information when contacting our returns department.

Reason for requesting a return, and what items do you want to return.

You must be issued an RMA before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours after recieving your return.

EU Right of Withdrawal

• The 14-day right of withdrawal — customers can cancel or return within 14 days of receiving their order, no reason needed
• How to exercise the right — send an email to support@buyfastpitchgloves.com requesting to return items from your order. Please provide your order number, your name and an email address so we can contact you with return information.
• Return shipping — customer pays return shipping.
• Refund timeline — we will Refund your account within 72 hours after we receive your returned items.
• Exceptions — all Clearance items, BFG Lace Outlet page items, Skived laces, Mystery lace bundles, other Final Sale or discontinued items are not available for returns or refunds.
